A Word about out-of-production kits:
The MPC kits available at Sky High Hobbies were produced in the late 1960's to early 1970's, which was when the company went out of business. Many of these kits were designed by G. Harry Stine, rightfully known as "the Father of model rocketry". The descriptions you will read came from the original MPC catalog. As these kits range in age from 30 - 40 years old, some show signs of their age. However, most are in very good condition, and look like the just came out of the factory! I have added a general description of the condition of each type of rocket kit.
Remember, these vintage rocket kits are in limited supply, and when they are all sold, only those that have been saved by collectors will remain.

15-inch single stage rocket, two 7-inch delta gliders with pre-shaped balsa nose cones, strong fiber-tube rocket body with plastic nose cone. Pre-shaped glider bodies, lightweight, pre-printed balsa fins and wings, big 14-inch parachute, decals. On the box: Finished model length is 24 ¼”, weight is 2 oz. Flying rocket and two (7”) gliders lift off… rocket and gliders soar high and separate at apogee. Uses A - C size motors. Condition: New in factory sealed shrink-wrap, boxes in good to mint condition.

Condition: New in factory sealed shrink-wrap, boxes in good condition. Some boxes may have creases due to shrink-wrap pulling on the box over the years. Super fun rocket to build and fly.

A nice kit to begin challenging your skills working with balsa.

Requires assembly. Condition: These controllers are new in factory sealed shrink-wrap. Most are in excellent to mint condition. A very cool retro launch-controller!
